A one night deposit is due upon booking any house sitting services in order to hold staff/dates. House sit deposits are refundable if given a 48 hour cancellation notice. For 24 hour cancellation notice there is a $25 administration fee.
There will be no refund for any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking.
Daily Dog Walking Clients:
All cancelations must be given 24 hour prior to your walk. If this is not possible then we need to receive notification by 7AM the day of the walk for any cancelations otherwise the full amount of the walk will be charged.

During major holidays there is a one night non-refundable deposit upon booking a house sit in order to hold staff/dates. Major Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day and July 4th.
All payments are due upon receipt of Invoice. A late fee of $10 will be applied after 5 days of invoice, $25 fee after 10 days and a notice of interruption of service.
Dog Walker Extraordinaire invoices for daily walks two times per month.
Dog Walker Extraordinaire reserves the right to refuse service to any animal or human.
Dog Walker Extraordinaire does not discriminate against any breed however we are unable to care for human aggressive animals.
